FUNDING PROJECT FOR THE FOOD INTOLERANCE COOKBOOK HAS LAUNCHED!

Do you or someone you know have an intolerance to foods that you must avoid
in order to be well and healthy?

Learning how to adapt one's life to avoid food intolerances can cause frustration, confusion, and feelings of helplessness. For the last couple years I have been working on writing my cookbook, The Food Intolerance Cookbook. The book is a necessary tool for those who are trying to adapt recipes to meet their dietary requirements. It also contains lots of fun, easy, and enticing recipes - and stories - for everyone.

The Food Intolerance Cookbook will provide a new approach to food, bringing happiness back into the kitchen, and creating a sense of personal well-being and hope. Visually stunning and fun to make, the recipes are healthy and tasty; they have been created with all the wisdom and understanding you'll need to make eating enjoyable again. My recipes have been tested and refined over the years by hundreds of people. My hope is to extend the reach of my assistance to thousands of people who deal with Food Intolerance issues.

The most unique aspect of the recipes in the book is that all the ingredients are coded for specific food intolerance categories, according to the Carroll Food Intolerance Method, and a Food Substitutions List in included, helping to adapt ingredients in most recipes. There http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifis nothing else like it available!

The new website, www.thefoodintolerancecookbook.com, will promote the cookbook, give an online community their own forum to share in-the-kitchen experiences, and provide potential readers the ability http://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifto purchase The Food Intolerance Cookbook both as a printed book and in a variety of electronic formats (Kindle, Nook, PDF, etc.).

I am close to having the book published soon. In order to help fund the initial costs of completing the book, a funding project has just been launched at http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/Sandra/the-food-intolerance-cookbook.

Contributions are needed for: Promoting and marketing the cookbook; building a new website; hiring a webmaster, graphic designer, photographer, and editor; and converting the printed book into an e-book.

In appreciation for your support in helping to turn my vision into a reality, many gifts, including a copy of the cookbook, are offered for your contributions.
Pledged contributions are being received at:http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/Sandra/the-food-intolerance-cookbook through May 9, 2011.
